Let's be honest: life is not always easy, and there are times when it can get particularly demanding due to work commitments, family, or health and personal problems. It is no secret that when we feel tired, stressed, and overwhelmed, our capability to cope with life's demands is challenging.

 

Being stressed and fatigued regularly often leads to poorer dietary and lifestyle choices, so, unfortunately, we may end up in a vicious cycle. These choices can then lead to several adverse health outcomes, such as weight gain, high blood pressure, unregulated blood glucose levels, and insulin resistance, which are all well known to play a critical role in the development of certain diseases such as Type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, hormonal problems, and so on.

How do I work?

I offer services to suit most people's needs, whether a one-off consultation with additional follow-ups or more extended support, including 8 or 12 weeks. 

 

Before your initial consultation, I will ask you to complete a Health Questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. This will help me to get a picture of your current lifestyle and nutrition choices.

During the consultation, we will explore any needs and concerns and develop actionable habits to reach your goals. 

Following our session, I will send you a bespoke nutritional after-care plan personalised to you and your unique needs.

I use an app to conduct our consultations where you also have the ability to message me in between sessions and share photos if you like, however, if you prefer not to use an app we can work something out that is more suitable for you such as WhatsApp and FaceTime, which we can discuss during our initial call.
